Extra-large nozzle diameter
Special design for nozzle with Φ 300mm diameter. It is more suitable for heavy towel and ensures smooth dyeing circulation.
Auto lint cutter device
There will be plenty of lint that washed out by dyeing liquor during dyeing process. If not removed immediately, it will affect the quality of towel dyeing. Auto lint cutter device is standard specification for Son-tech H.T. towel dyeing machine. It will filter and cut the lint automatically and stock in the bottom of device. Lint discharged time and interval time are controlled by programmable system that is easy to use and save effort.
Second circulation system
Unique dosing system, speed up the dilution rate, greatly reduce the possibility of chromatism and unevenness dyeing, high dyeing reproducibility.
Quick collecting dyeing liquid system
Shorten dyeing liquid circulation cycle, increase washing efficiency then keeps higher rinsing ratio and better evenness, achieve ultra-low liquor ratio.
