Water flow protection means high water consumption. In the past, this is acceptable. However, nowadays more and more textile countries focus on environmental protection such as China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh, etc. Not only water treatment should be set up, but also Gov. requests dyeing companies to use green energy like gas. Cost is getting high and keep using Jet-dyeing machine is no longer the best solution any more.


Therefore, with the support for green industry, a new dyeing solution for chemical fiber, which comes with low consumption and good fabric quality, should follow up.

So, why Multi-flow dyeing technology can be the solution of chemical fiber dyeing?


The key is the design of nozzles.

From the picture, you can see that before winch house, there is a set of water nozzle. After winch house there is an air nozzle.


The function of water nozzle is only to spurt dyeing liquid out.


The function of air nozzle is to drive the fabric, meanwhile detwisting fabric from rope form.


When fabric detwists and runs faster, crease marks are getting less.

For operator, to reduce circle time is easy. Only by increasing the power of air blower and the speed of winch house, fabric can run faster and safer. Even fabric can run without water.


Multi-flow technology can reduce crease mark, but if we talk about control crease mark’s appearance, we need to control the whole processing such as pre-heat setting and knitting.


Next we focus on consumption.


Two parts will affect water consumption during processing. One is liquor ratio; another is the efficiency of rinsing.


Liquor ratio can be 1:3.5 to 1:5 for Multi-flow dyeing machine. Compared with Jet dyeing, which is 1:8 to 1:13, Multi-flow dyeing machine has great advantages in reducing water consumption.


Meanwhile, steam consumption and chemical consumption will also be lower. The cost of this two parts take more than 30% of the dyeing cost, and dyeing house can save lots of cost from it.


Rinsing takes most of the water consumption from the whole processing. When Rinsing, clear water comes out from water nozzle and cleans fabric. After that, fabric goes up to the winch house, water gets dirty and goes down to bottom of machine. Then the water can be drain out if too dirty, or again go back to nozzle if still useful for rinsing.


In this logic, rinsing efficiency is high and water consumption is less. Fabric after washing will be separated from dirty water, and then it goes to backside of chamber.


Power consumption is controlled by two factors.


One is the installed power and running power. Taking the example of Texpro Multi-flow dyeing machine, 2 chambers 600 kg capacity, the total installed power is 37 kW. Running power is from 13 kW to 16 kW. Compared with same capacity of Jet dyeing machine and Air flow dyeing machine, power consumption of Texpro Multi-flow dyeing is the lowest.


Another one is total processing time.
